We currently offer FREE standard shipping worldwide for a limited time. Your order will be dispatched from our US or Asia warehouses, depending on product availability and destination.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.
2. Shipping Within the United States
We prioritize fast and reliable delivery for our U.S. customers, with most orders shipped directly from our domestic fulfillment centers.

4. Shipping Delays & Exceptions
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or severe weather conditions. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery updates depend on the carrier's tracking system.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or being deemed undeliverable, a return handling fee of $14.95 may apply to cover carrier costs.
6. Lost Shipments
Celinva is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier operations. However, if a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us for assistance.
